How is the collection and processing of your data legitimized? (LEGITIMATION)

How do we obtain your data? (OBTAINING and CATEGORIES)
All the data that we have has been provided by the same user through the contact forms on the web and through the PayPal donation form (in the case of PayPal it is optional and you can choose not to receive your email), and, in if there are, by exchange of emails. You do not have to provide them, but without them you will not be able to use the contact forms. The mere fact of visiting the web does not imply the sharing with us of any type of data.
The data we ask for in the contact forms are:
– E-mail address
– Profession (this information is voluntary. As it is a product aimed at a specific profession, it is relevant for us).
From Psiconexia we expressly prohibit minors under 18 years of age from providing their Personal Data without the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians.
What do we want your data for? (PURPOSE)
At Psiconexia we use the information you provide us to manage the queries we receive.
The personal information that you provide us through the different forms and emails will be kept confidential and protected. In no case will it be destined or used for other purposes, nor will it be delivered to third parties without your consent, in accordance with the principles of RGPD 679/2016. In order to comply with the different legal provisions, we have established security levels to protect the personal data that we have, adopting all the technical measures that we have at our disposal to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and manipulation of your data personal.
Is my data safe? (SAFETY)
Internet security is not inviolable, but we do carry out a series of periodic actions to protect our website, our servers and all our personal data for which we are responsible:
– We schedule periodic backups of our website
– This website is made under the WordPress technology, which periodically updates its settings to stay safe
– We run the Wordfence scanner looking for malware, virus, code injection or any malicious file that endangers the security of the web.
– We also use Google Analytics to ensure that no spam enters our servers.

Your personal data will be kept indefinitely until the request for cancellation of the confidentiality consent.

Your personal data will be processed by Psiconexia and will be subject to professional secrecy in order to offer our services. We will not share them with anyone without your consent.
