The evaluation instrument has two main tools: an initial interview and a psychopathological risk interview.
Initial interview: we ask for different questions about the reason for the consultation and the history of the problem.
Psychopathological risk interview: the interview has an adult version and another version for children and teenagers. Each version has a series of modules (that evaluate different mental health problems). These modules contain a series of questions, with examples and clarifications.
Final report: summary of the reason for consultation and history of the problem, positive and negative symptoms of the modules evaluated and a brief interpretation of the results.
